Plant Manager
Duties:
This position encompasses the responsibility for providing the leadership necessary to implement the plans and policies established by the corporation.
This position interfaces with all departments within the organization and requires significant internal and external customer contact.
Qualifications Required - Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent years of schooling and experience Requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Requires strong mathematical computation skills.
Requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints.

years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 in a supervisory/management capacity Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing and its principles Strong interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written) Ability to motivate while leading a diverse work force to achieve maximized results.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards Promote an environment of open, progressive communication to foster open communication & continuous improvement.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing and its principles, implementation, and continuation Qualifications Desired - Master's degree in business or operations 10
years in a supervisory/management capacity in a manufacturing environment Essential functions and responsibilities - Provide leadership & vision to motivate direct reports to achieve & excel beyond the set goals for production efficiency & quality.
Possess financial understanding of profit and loss statements in order to successfully manage and control cost expenditures.
Coordinate with department heads to process customer orders in the most efficient manner w/ the customer focus in mind.
Actively participate in budgeting and long-range strategic plans of the organization Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
Select, train, and develop plant supervisory staff.
Maintain and promote a safe working environment for all.
